High Dyon Side is a well-appointed 18th Century farmhouse in a delightful three acre garden setting. Sheltered by woodland and with its own little beck winding through the lawns and flower beds, High Dyon Side provides a tranquil paradise away from the bustle of town life. In addition to our extensive grounds we also have a full-size painted cement tennis court, barbeque, ponds, pagoda, and picturesque ivy-covered byres. Our surrounding 30 acres of grazing farmland provide wondertful short strolls with panoramic views across the Solway to Dumfries and Galloway, and in the other direction, onto the Lakeland fells.
